Building your dream rig starts with a solid foundation, and our DIY Tray Kit is engineered to provide exactly that. We have taken the guesswork out of fabrication by providing precision-engineered components that allow you to build a professional-grade tray in your own workshop. Each DIY Tray Kit is designed from laser-cut components with a tight tolerance of 0.5mm, featuring various tabs and slots to ensure easy assembly and perfect alignment. By using a strategic combination of both steel and aluminium parts, this kit allows you to maintain a strong, heavy-duty structure while keeping the overall weight of the tray to a minimum.

What’s Included in the DIY Tray Kit

Our comprehensive DIY Tray Kit includes everything you need to get your frame and storage sorted:

• Under Tray Storage: Double tapered under tray boxes (available in 790L, 840L, and 890L).

• Wheel Arch Protection: Aluminium tapered guards, available to suit 33″ or 35″ tyres.

• Secure Storage: 1200L Trundle drawer featuring a sleek tapered panel.

• Structural Components: 1-piece 100×50 laser-cut headboard (suits our canopy range) and a 1-piece 50×50 SHS tail light frame.

• Mounting & Finish: Laser-cut side rails, 8mm plate tray mounts, box/guard mounts with elongated slots for wider offsets, and RHS end caps.

• Chassis Integration: Length of 70×40 channel for chassis mounts.

Customization & Extras

While the standard DIY Tray Kit is designed to suit 3mm aluminium checker plate flooring (purchased separately), you can further customize your build with these optional extras:

• Headboard infill mesh

• Folded tray side lengths

• 5mm plate canopy mounts

• Material for tie-down rails

Please note: This is a universal DIY Tray Kit; therefore, some previous fabrication and welding experience is recommended to achieve a professional finish.
